BHAIYA NEEDS A METAPHORICAL "MEM"

The total investment to start a Mela Pani Puri kiosk in one of our partner grocery store chains is ₹100,000. This includes a refundable security deposit of ₹30,000, the first month’s supply of Mela Pani Puri mix, all the home kitchen equipment, and a fully set-up kiosk. Additionally, it covers the FSSAI certification for one location.

A maximum space of 6 ft by 6 ft is required for a kiosk. We have partnered with several large grocery store chains such as SPAR, Metro Cash & Carry, and KPN Fresh, and you get the opportunity to select the store closest to your home kitchen.

We assist you in setting up your home kitchen for Pani Puri preparation and provide ongoing training for you or your staff to address any flavor or taste issues. Our team helps with data-driven SOPs for your kiosk to avoid stock-outs or wastage. If you are away, your counter will be managed by our central kitchen, and we also provide a medically certified, trained “Bhaiyya” to run your kiosk efficiently.

All dry Mela Pani Puri masala mix and poories are supplied by us. We also help you set up a KPN Fresh account to order fresh produce daily, delivered directly to your doorstep. On-site, you will prepare six flavors of Pani Puri based on our SOPs and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.

We charge a 12% royalty on gross sales. There are no additional marketing or renewal charges.

Applying is simple. You only need a valid government ID and an IT tax registration (PAN). The application form asks for your name, age, educational qualification, number of family members, address, combined household income, experience in the food business, PAN/GST details, and willingness to allow our certified staff to pick up Pani Puri from your doorstep. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get in touch with you.

If you are away or on vacation, we will help manage your kiosk through our cloud kitchen. You will be reimbursed based on the days you operated.

We will cover your kiosk with our trained bhaiyyas for the interim period at an additional cost.

Yes! Our SOPs are so easy to follow that no cooking experience is needed. Pooris and dry pani masala mix are delivered weekly to your doorstep.
